Should you wish to rent out your property we will act as agents on your behalf to:
market the property via our website receive enquiries and take bookings ensure property is clean and well prepared for tenants meet and greet tenants on arrival, personally hand over keys be the point of contact during your tenants/guests stay should any queries/emergencies arise make available information regarding the property, emergency contact details, local amenities/places of interest provide welcome packs on request attend property on day of departure to collect keys, remove laundry/rubbish and secure property liaise with your existing pool, garden and building maintenance contractors, or provide alternative contractors as/when required
