For peace of mind whilst your apartment, townhouse or villa is unoccupied Almeria Rentals offer the following:

Weekly property inspection to include:

 

· check all entry points to ensure property secure

 

· check alarm system (where fitted)

 

· check electrical supply working

 

· flush cisterns and run all bath/sink taps and showerheads, preventing build up of stale water/odours

 

· check interior for leaks, damp, mould, vermin or pests

 

· make a note of meter readings

 

· report to owner any pool, garden or general maintenance issues

 

· mail collection if required

 

Should you wish to rent out your property we will act as agents on your behalf to:

 

· market the property via our website

 

· receive enquiries and take bookings

 

· ensure property is clean and well prepared for tenants

 

· meet and greet tenants on arrival, personally hand over keys and be the point of contact during their stay should any queries/emergencies arise

 

· make available written information regarding the property, emergency contact details, local amenities/places of interest

 

· provide welcome packs on request

 

· attend on day of departure to collect keys, remove laundry/rubbish and secure property

 

· liaise with your existing pool, garden and building maintenance contractors, or provide contractors as/when required
